Resort Property Turkey was founded in 2008 by Marina and Mehmet Seyit Demirtas and since then has held the leading position in the real estate market in Belek. Over the last 14 years the Resort Property Team has helped hundreds of families find their dream homes by the sea in Belek, Alanya, Antalya and Kemer.

Resort Property deal with resale of properties and also new construction of properties in these areas and only work with reputable construction companies who have many years experience in the construction industry. We also build our own properties and have several new build properties for sale on our website.

We also cater for the rental market and more than 10,000 holiday makers have had their vacations with Resort Property Turkey in the villas and apartments all over Antalya. We offer a site management package to our property owners where we can provide major and minor renovation work, security of villa’s, rental agreements etc.
